A new parking structure and 3-story 106,000 SF medical office building were added to the existing grounds of St. Anthony’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida.
The new medical office building was developed on the site of St. Anthony’s existing parking lot. It includes approximately 11,000 SF of imaging, 85,000 SF of office space, exam and procedure spaces and 10,000 SF of vacant shell space. The building is the new home for Suncoast Medical Clinic’s 45+ doctors of varying disciplines. It also houses BayCare Imaging, which is complete with new MRI, CT, Mammogram, and X-ray rooms, equipping the hospital with more services to better fit the needs of the community.
The seven-story, 820-car garage has an open-air design allowing for great natural light and a constant airflow. The garage has two connectors – one to St. Anthony’s Hospital and the other to the medical office building, allowing it to serve as an easy parking access point for both patients and staff.
