This project is a series of buildings that make up the “town center” of an active adult community known as Solivita.  The project included a corporate sales building, fitness center with indoor pool, golf clubhouse, community ballroom including restaurant and kitchen, arts & crafts building, golf cart storage facility, guardhouse/entry and tower, hotel rooms and tenant buildout.
