The Sevens, a nine-story, 333-unit luxury apartment complex in downtown Orlando. The Sevens, which has an estimated cost of about $42.6 million, is slated to include 9,500 square feet of ground-level retail, plus a rooftop pool deck, dog park and integrated parking garage.
