The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Condominium in Sarasota, Florida is a 17-story luxury landmark building consisting of 390 hotel rooms and 48 luxury condominiums. To oversee and direct a crew of over 200 hourly tradesmen and several subcontractors, we staffed this project with an on-site management team including a senior project manager, project superintendent, and multiple foremen to ensure quality work and an on-time completion within the 14-month schedule.
