General Contractor: Walmark Contracting Group

Wal-Mark Contracting Group served as the general contractor for this $8.1 million dollar guestroom renovation. The interior building renovation of the Grand Florida Resort at Walt Disney World involved the renovation of eight hundred ninety-seven guestrooms, suites, corridors and guestroom lobbies of 5 lodge buildings, and the guestroom areas of the main building for the resort and spa. The project required very detailed coordination and scheduling of all trades to complete the project within the Owner’s schedule.
