The Shops @ Wiregrass

The Shops at Wiregrass is Pasco County's newest Shopping Destination, encompassing 800,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and entertainment on 67 acres of land. The new open air town center is anchored by three major department stores: Dillard’s, JCPenney and Macy's. It also features 100 specialty retail stores and an array of signature restaurants.

Wal-Mark’s Scope of Work included all exterior framing and sheathing for the 12 buildings along with the shell buildout (frame\hang\finish) of the interior core.
