The St. Joseph’s Hospital is a new 3-story, 350,000 sf hospital located in Lutz, FL. It is the first new community hospital built in the Tampa area in the last 35 years. The new hospital will feature over 100 private patient rooms, an emergency room, and an intensive care facility. Wal-Mark Contracting provided exterior light gauge framing of walls, soffits, and ceilings, interior light gauge framing of walls, soffits, and ceilings, exterior sheathing, exterior vapor barrier, portland cement plaster, interior batt and rigid insulation, drywall hanging and finishing & firestopping.
