This project is a 354,895 SF, 30-story, 321-unit condominium atop a 9-level parking garage. Level one is the Main Lobby Entry, mechanical areas and future retail areas. Levels two thru nine are predominately parking. Level ten is an amenities deck with pool, landscaped gathering areas, exercise room and club room along with ten, 1- and 2-bedroom living units. Levels eleven thru twenty eight are a mix of 1- and 2-bedroom living units. Level twenty nine is the Penthouse units with level thirty lofts. Wal-Mark’s scope of work was interior and exterior framing, sheathing, stucco, EIFS, building insulation, and drywall.
