Park Shore Tower Renovation
Naples, Florida

This project involved providing an entirely new building “skin” for a twenty story condominium tower that sustained storm damage from Hurricane Wilma. The exterior of the building was removed two floors at a time and we installed a new exterior wall system from new interior drywall to new exterior finish system. The logistics of this project were very demanding as the majority of units were occupied during construction. Wal-Mark Contracting was part of the construction team that delivered this completed project in just eight months with an original project schedule of twenty months. Wal-Mark provided exterior metal framing and sheathing, insulation, waterproofing and EIFS system, interior metal framing and gypsum board
