The new Corporate headquarters for Darden Restaurants consists of a three story 500,000 square feet glass enclosed building with a budget of over 100 million. Designed by Perkins and Will, this LEED certified building will accommodate 1,500 corporate employees. The building will feature a 30,000 square feet culinary development center, 25,000 square feet employee training center, onsite dining facility, fitness and wellness center, company. Wal-Mark’s scope of work includes cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry, sheathing, thermal insulation, metal & composite wall panels, gypsum, board shaft wall assemblies, portland cement plaster, GFRP fabrications, gypsum board and, joint sealant.
