55 West Church Street

The 55 West on the Esplanade project consists of a 32-story mixed use building and a 12-story parking garage that will be built on one half of a city block on Church Street located in the heart of downtown Orlando, FL. The building will contain both residential and commercial spaces. The first two floors will be retail and restaurant spaces, the third floor will be reserved as an Orlando City Art space, the remaining floors above level four will contain 412 condo units. On top of the parking garage will be a heavily landscaped area with pool, bar, and four 2-story townhomes. The project consisted of extensive coordination of material deliveries, on-site storage, and daily man-power work schedules due to the lack of any laydown areas and having only one buckhoist and man-lift. Wal-Mark’s scope of work includes interior\exterior framing, sheathing, insulation, drywall, and acoustical ceilings.
